For those of you not familiar with The Debbie Fund, we make and sell items to assist with emergency medical needs to help a monkey in need. The fund donates a set amount of money directly to the vet when assistance is needed.
We are a group comprised of six people who share our lives, our homes, and our hearts with non-human primates. We have been in operation for approximately two years now and we are expanding to include support and placement as needed. We will have a lot of monkey items for sale in the near future to help build the fund up. Any and all support is greatly appreciated!! We appreciate donations of any monkey item, or monetary donations in order to be able to provide continued assistance! We will have Paypal set up soon!
Sometimes, for reasons beyond our control, it becomes necessary to rehome a beloved monkey and that's where we hope we can be of assistance and meet your needs in regards to your companion. No monkey will be turned away!! When a person contacts us, we will do our best to meet the needs of the family, whether it is through private rehoming or a list of, who we feel, are the best sanctuaries available, if that is your preference. We do, however, prefer, private homes when possible.
We screen potential new owners very well and we will have applications to fill out for those that are interested in providing a monkey with a new home. We will also have an application for those needing to rehome their monkey so that we will be able to meet the needs of everybody concerned.
For anybody with questions or in need of general support, please email us and one of us will respond right away and we will get you the answers you need, whether you need names of local veterinarians that treat primates, diet assistance specific to your species, or just questions in general concerning the various species needs and requirements. No question will go unanswered and it will be answered to the best of our ability.
We will have monkey items for sale, general information for the safety and well being of all non-human primates, photo's and much, much more!!
